Standard Carrier Shipping:
Expect delivery within 5-25 business days, depending on your location.

Local Delivery:
Experience swift delivery in 1-2 business days, contingent on your proximity to our warehouse. We prioritize our own delivery service over third-party carriers. If eligible, you'll see the "Local Delivery" option at checkout.

Shipping Details:
We utilize our dedicated shipment teams or renowned global carriers such as Canada Post, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. During peak order periods, shipments may experience slight delays. Kindly allow additional transit days, especially during holiday seasons. Should there be a significant delay with your order, we'll promptly notify you via email or text message.

Customs and Taxes:
Please be aware that you are responsible for any additional customs taxes or charges imposed by your government or local post office.

 

Return And Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email us at support@minoart.ca to begin the return process.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, Mino Art will issue a full refund or exchange, excluding the initial shipping cost of your order.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or ineligible for a refund. Mino Art is not liable for items damaged or lost during return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

We require proof of receipt of the returned item(s) or evidence of return delivery to issue a refund. We aim to process all returns promptly. In the rare event that an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may need to return it to you.
